The Company's founder and owner, an electronic engineering graduate, has been working in the diamonds sphere for 20 years, since his service as an Air Force pilot, and a short period in the hi-tech industry.

Mr. Oran started in the diamond industry as a manager in a family business in Ramat Gan

Upon taking up the position, despite his position and his professional past, in his methodical manner, Mr. Oran preferred to undergo practical training in all the diamond industry professions, including working by hand in cutting and polishing diamonds.

In February 1999, after acquiring rich experience as a manager, and practical proficiency in the computerization and automation of the work processes for the diamond industry, Mr. Oran established “Unison Gemstones Ltd.” .

As mentioned, the Company is based on modern and innovative technology that provides a fitting solution to the increasing demand amongst jewelers and watchmakers in the world, for precision in cutting the stone and sophisticated designs that can be made using the Invisible method.

All the setting work, the goldsmith's work and the final processing of the jewelry, are done in a standard manner using microscopes.

Mr. Oran brought with him to the branch knowledge and experience from the hi-tech sphere, which enabled him to bring CNC machines used in the metal industry for use in the diamonds branch, as well as adapting standard shelf software for current use in planning the diamond setting processes.
